The staff were very polite and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant from the start. The accommodation itself was decent, clean, and comfortable. Considering the price, the overall quality is very good. The location is also satisfactory and convenient. A solid choice for the money.

Staff was nice

During our one-night stay, we found the rooms to be clean and spacious. The staff was helpful, and we appreciated the free room upgrade we received. What stood out was their generosity: we were offered complimentary cakes and coffee despite not having opted for breakfast. A quick note on access: The hotel does not have an elevator.

Super friendly family-run hotel. The room was clean and spacious. They have a 24h-reception with the best, friendliest receptionist! Very much recommended if you want a relaxing stay in Zagreb. You can also get great home-made white wine in the evenings, and there are kiwis growing on the terrace!

The hotel was very basic but close to the airport and a great value for one night. The staff allowed me to check in late after my late flight.

Very friendly and responsive front desk staff. She made our check in and stay very smooth and pleasant. Also, we were allowed to stay in our room until 1:30 pm on the check out day, which helped us a lot. Decent breakfast. Easy to take bus to train station.

Dining area could be improvement, but a room was nice and clean

The room was nice and clean, the receptionist was very kind. There is a smart TV which was nice, we could watch Netflix. At first our air conditioner didn’t work but we told the receptionist and they immediately repaired it. We didn’t have any other issues. The breakfast was simple, but there was everything you would need - eggs, sausages, fruit, ham, cheese, yoghurt, some cakes, coffee, tea, juices. Overall we had a very nice stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The staff is great. Location is about 40 minutes from the main busy area with plenty of parking spots - for free! My room was overall clean and had fast, reliable wifi connectivity.

Small hotel in the empty part of zagreb, but for fast walkers not too far from the center. From the outside it looks not so atractive (cheap building) but in the inside its very cosy. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. The bus stop is right outside and the hotel has a free parking which is a great benefit in zagreb. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast is also decent.

Location was really close to city center, had a beautiful parking and everything was clean, we arrive later that night and they did wait for us.

Fantastic hotel very nearby strict centrum of this amazing city, Zagreb. Free parking, professional and helpful staff. Tasty and fresh breakfast. We had luck, we've got huge apartment separated into two rooms. City and people are amazing. Next to hotel is located bus stop. In the city, you can get guide for a good price. That's much better than walking with Google. Highly recommended.

Quiet, cozy hotel, very friendly staff at the reception, clean room, warm, heating at a decent level. Although we traveled and stayed in transit, but we want to return to this hotel again.

Close to the center

It is a small and comfortable place. Close to the fountains park and a few minutes by bus to the city centre. The rooms are small but good for a short stay. The breakfast is perfect. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.
